Star Technologies was founded by Jason Peterson in 2008 after Jason graduated from Boise State University with his degree in electrical engineering. Jason has always had a knack for all things "techy", and gift for ingenuity and innovation. Jason's unique vision and determination for doing things right are the driving force behind Star Technologies.

Prior to starting Star Technologies Jason has been involved in several technology based startups including Future Touch and WizardWire. Future Touch is a high-end home automation company specializing in Crestron control systems and programming based in Eagle Idaho. WizardWire is a ISM band wireless high-speed internet service provider serving the Boise Idaho area.
